Magic Cristal Park Hotel REVIEWS in Benidorm

The magic Cristal park hotel in benidorm. Food was great catered for everyone. Drinks was was great cocktail slush puppies. Location was good not far from the beach . All staff was marvellous. Yh needs updating in some places. Swimming pool was great while we was there a few kids running and jumping in pool and fell on floor so safety mats maybe a good idea . Room was nice and clean air conditioning was a god send . Some people need to.repect the hotel and staff abit more. Lift abit slow game room was mervellous for the kidz 5 euros for 2 hrs but otherwise the 7 days we where there it was a amazing holiday. And we as a family will return next year

Don't always understand why the reviews are bad as we have just returned from this Hotel and for a 3 Star Hotel it is nice. We was All Inclusive and there were good branded drinks like Bailey's, Tia Maria, Martini etc and even all the cocktails are all included! My 14 year old son loved the Mocktails. There was a good selection of food to choose from salads, meats, vegetables, chips, soups etc, I just thought the children could do with a little bit more variety. Our room was perfect it was with a balcony overlooking the park and had plenty of sockets to charge phones etc, plenty of storage, the air conditioning was brilliant! The room was cleaned every day unless you didn't want it cleaning. My son loved the Games Experience room and the pool tables, air hockey etc. there was always plenty of things for him to do.

We always ignore bat reviews as people just like to complain. So glad we did. We arrived mid afternoon and one of the rooms wasn't quite ready due to a late check out. We all dropped our stuff up to the one room and headed down for lunch. The room itself was dated, yes, but spotlessly clean. Shower was wonderful, could have done with a new toilet seat as it was a bit marked in places but not the end of the world. The food was OK

Just got back from 5 days at this hotel. For what we paid, there was nothing wrong with it. Location was great and although the rooms were tired (we had 2 rooms between our party), they were very clean. The beds were super comfy and the rooms had a small fridge in and kettle with tea, coffee etc. We had balconies on both our rooms but I gathered that not many rooms have balconies at this hotel.

Workers work really hard . I loved that we were able to visit other magic hotels our favourite was Robin Hood and tropical splash we had amazing days here. Had dinner at the maui food was fantastic really enjoyed this this. If your looking a budget hotel near the beach this is for you .

Stayed here for 6 nights for a family holiday and the only way to describe it was “okay”. Room was clean and food was mostly tasty with a decent choice at meal times. Snack bar was just leftovers from main meals so potentially laying out for hours. Hotel is very popular with Spanish and is set up for them. All inclusive works on a card system rather than wristbands which was a bit of a pain as kids had to carry cards with them to get drinks etc.
