sherlock0482 We came here end of February for 10 nights. Great hotel. Great location not to far from the shops, bars restaurants and beach. Staff are amazing and worked really really hard. Rooms were lovely and clean and cleaned every day. The top floor with the pool is great but in February it's to cold but some people were brave enough to try it. Food was ok. Only problem is the lifts

Carol and tommy in magic cafe made our holiday. We had to wait over 2 hrs to get our room (not brilliant after a long day of travelling). Food was okay pretty much samey samey (if you like chips and mash all the time). Breakfast was horrendous only went once as it wasn’t proper bacon or sausage and the scrambled egg had butter in it and beans were like yesterday’s left overs (thick and dried). Very Spanish orientated that we’re rude and arrogant and got the impression English shouldn’t have been there. Lifts were horrendous spent more time waiting for them to go to the 7th floor, going down to the lower floors before they went to the rooftop even though you’d pressed 7th floor first, and that’s if they worked as the silver lifts were more out of order than in use. Sonia was full of beans all the time, reception staff were great and apologetic, most of the other staff seemed like it was a chore to serve the English would enter into conversations with the Spanish but not the English.

Stayed in this hotel for the first time in October with family and friends for a 60th Birthday. We had an amazing time...the hotel was brilliant! The food was really good, even the teenagers got up for breakfast, lots of variety and the cleanliness of the hotel was spot on! In a good location to walk into Old Town and Benidorm centre. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to all my friends. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed this year at the end of march start of April had a great time all the staff were nice well mannered and helpful. The food is g nice with a good selection with live cooking station's .we ate In the lower restaurant but the food is just as nice . We sent are evenings in the magic cafe bar . Anita and Tony provides a great service . Anita is behind the bar and Tony is the host .They both work hard to keep everyone entertained even the children .Over all we had a good times even out of season

KenGled I have been to this hotel about 5 times over th years and have always been very satisfied with every aspect. Remember this is a 3* hotel not a fancy 5*.All the staff I met where both friendly and efficient,especially Jose and Tash in the Magic Bar.As there where only about 30 brits in the hotel Tash had a terrible job trying to get much holiday spirit going.

Heather Comfy bed. Pleasant staff. Good food choices. Excellent drinks. Good entertainment. Negative. No balcony on our room this time. But room was nice x.
