Magic Cristal Park Hotel REVIEWS in Benidorm

Just got back from 5 days at this hotel. For what we paid, there was nothing wrong with it. Location was great and although the rooms were tired (we had 2 rooms between our party), they were very clean. The beds were super comfy and the rooms had a small fridge in and kettle with tea, coffee etc. We had balconies on both our rooms but I gathered that not many rooms have balconies at this hotel.

Workers work really hard . I loved that we were able to visit other magic hotels our favourite was Robin Hood and tropical splash we had amazing days here. Had dinner at the maui food was fantastic really enjoyed this this. If your looking a budget hotel near the beach this is for you .

Stayed here for 6 nights for a family holiday and the only way to describe it was “okay”. Room was clean and food was mostly tasty with a decent choice at meal times. Snack bar was just leftovers from main meals so potentially laying out for hours. Hotel is very popular with Spanish and is set up for them. All inclusive works on a card system rather than wristbands which was a bit of a pain as kids had to carry cards with them to get drinks etc.

The food is excellent, cater for everyone. Anita & Daniel behind the bar are so welcoming. The rooms are cleaned every day , with fresh towels if needed. Perfect location. Roof top terrace, nice & clean with a good atmosphere. Definitely be back, loved every minute.

We booked a 2 room unit which was spacious and well equipped. No view but I don’t think any really do due to location. Room was cleaned every day. There is an issue though with noise from rooms next door. You can literally here all the conversation even when speaking normally. Luckily our neighbours were not load but it is a major issue. Food was good and varied. Staff helpful and friendly. The location is good as well.

We came here end of February for 10 nights. Great hotel. Great location not to far from the shops, bars restaurants and beach. Staff are amazing and worked really really hard. Rooms were lovely and clean and cleaned every day. The top floor with the pool is great but in February it's to cold but some people were brave enough to try it. Food was ok. Only problem is the lifts
